• Payment Obligation: The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees for the entire three-month period in full at the beginning of the service term. No refunds will be issued, and services will be rendered for the full three-month period regardless of early cancellation or dissatisfaction.

4. Communication Consent

By submitting a lead form or engaging with our services, you consent to receive text messages and emails from Click Custodian, including:

• Service-related updates
• Promotional offers
• Marketing communications
• Transactional alerts

These communications may include automated messages. You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the message or by contacting us directly at info@clickcustodian.com.

5. Use of Content

By submitting content to us, you grant Click Custodian a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the content for the purpose of executing marketing strategies as outlined in the Agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Click Custodian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or from communications sent to the Client, including but not limited to errors or interruptions in service or damage to business reputation.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in [Jurisdiction], and the arbitrator’s decision will be final.

8. Termination
